Beginning April 1, 2018, Medicare cards will have a new look. Here are a few helpful items to assist you during the transition.


  • 1. Medicare will REMOVE the Social Security number.
  • 2. Bring your new card with you to every visit.

SIH Medical Group will file your health insurance claim for you. During registration of your appointment, we request you have your insurance card(s) and required co-payment, as indicated by your insurance company.

Laboratory services are provided under the direction of Southern Illinois Healthcare laboratories. You will receive a separate bill for all lab services.

Statements are mailed monthly. We accept all major credit cards.
